Return Eligibility

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
  • You have contacted our support team and received return approval before sending the item back

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we will provide the most suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on product availability and the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used, worn, or opened
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Product Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not available. If you would like a different product, you may return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order separately.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:
