1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the case of:
- Damaged products received

To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags or accessories included.
- Proof of damage (clear photos/videos) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
4. Shipping Costs
- In case of an approved return due to defect or damage, Ella Wander will cover return shipping costs.
- If the item is not eligible, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (if applicable).
5. Processing Time
- Approved returns or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
6. International Orders
- Due to varying customs regulations and international logistics, return shipping from outside our primary shipping zones may be limited or unavailable.
